How JG & Polo Infrastructure B.V. handles personal data on this website, and which cookies it uses
Who we are
JG & Polo Infrastructure B.V. is responsible for the personal data described on this page (the controller, in the terms of the GDPR). We are registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 83892079 and our VAT number is NL863023162B01. Our office is at Herengracht 449A, 1017 BR Amsterdam, the Netherlands
For any question about your data, write to contact@jgpoloinfra.com
What we collect and why
We only collect what you give us, and we use it only for the purposes below
Booking a call
When you book a call, our scheduling tool Cal.com records your name, email address, the time you choose and any notes you add. We use these to schedule and hold the call. The legal basis is taking steps you ask for before a possible engagement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR)
Registering as a Dutch exporter
When you register your company on the Dutch export finance page, we receive your name, company, work email address and discipline, and your company website if you add it. We use these to reply to you and to consider your company for export transactions that need Dutch content. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time
When you write to us, we use your message and contact details to reply and to keep a record of our correspondence. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running our business (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR)
Website statistics
We count visits with Framer’s built-in analytics, which works without cookies and does not identify you
How long we keep it
Booking and email correspondence: two years after our last contact, unless it becomes part of an engagement
Registry details: until you ask us to remove them, and no longer than three years after our last contact
Engagement records and invoices: seven years, as Dutch tax law requires
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers that run this website and our communication, each under a data processing agreement:
Framer B.V., Amsterdam: website hosting, forms and visitor statistics
Cal.com, Inc., United States: call scheduling
Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Workspace): email
When data leaves the European Economic Area, as with Cal.com, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses
How we protect it
We use encrypted connections and limit access to the people who need it
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, or to receive it in a format you can take elsewhere. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to contact@jgpoloinfra.com and we will reply within one month
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens
Cookies
This website places no tracking or advertising cookies. It only stores what it needs to work, so it does not ask for cookie consent. If we ever add cookies that need your consent, we will ask for it first and update this page
